I had an awesome dinner at Wrench & Rodent in Oceanside, and their sushi really stands out! They focus on sustainability, which is cool, but the real star was the seared swordfish nigiri with pineapple. It was so flavorful and the presentation was beautiful. The sweet, fresh pineapple slices paired with the perfectly seared swordfish making it super unique. It was a combination I didn’t expect but totally loved. If you’re into trying sushi with a twist, this dish is a must!
