Carciofi alla Romana
Carciofi alla Romana, or Roman-style artichokes, embody the reason I love Italian food so much – use simple quality ingredients for a delicious dish. In this case, only whole-stem artichokes, lemon, garlic, white wine, olive oil, salt and pepper, and an imported Italian oven. That’s why I let Siamo Napoli make them for me. But beware: they’re a special and are not always on the menu.
