Omakase
How does a 10-course seasonal chef-guided omakase sound to you? I had a chance to enjoy the new omakase menu that is now available at Temaki Bar and I was wowed! The focus of the omakase is seasonality, aesthetics, and taste. Watching executive sushi chef Sebastian Sevilla prepare each dish was as enjoyable as eating them. While the menu will change based on seasonality, some of the courses I really enjoyed were the Baja striped bass (yuzu aguachile, crispy strips, furikake, cilantro), Snapper (tamarind ponzu, jicama salsa, cilantro) and Bluefin (bay scallops, brulee persimmons).
