I first went to Salt + Lime when it was operating a food truck in North Park, and loved their food. Now they have a gorgeous restaurant in Del Mar that captures the charm of Mexico with authentic and modern cuisine. All the dishes, including this Salmon Del Mar, focused on the vibrant flavors of Mexico City paired with Southern California soul. The pineapple pico de gallo that comes with the salmon adds so much flavor to the fish. Pretty to look at, and so delicious to devour.
