Just north of Minneapolis from the lakes of Minnesota, if you’re hungry for some spice and variety, El Loro is one of the best Mexican restaurants you can find. I visited here with my boyfriend for a dinner date and was highly impressed with the atmosphere, as well as the food. We tried the street tacos and, growing up with a Hispanic father, I can report they were authentic as well as flavorful. Tasting spice, rice and everything nice. I can’t wait to visit again and try more of their menu items!
