In business since 1955, Marechiaro’s is an East County San Diego institution! Living just up the hill in Ramona, we enjoy eating here frequently. A standout for me has to be their cooked-to-order pasta, which is always al dente and delicious. Love their red gravy. I included Italian sausage with this stunning plate of spaghetti and it was outstanding! Clearly house-made, it is a giant hand-formed patty, rich and flavorful. The perfect addition to any of their pasta dishes. The dinner salads are always fresh and crisp. I love their zesty house Italian dressing. Marechiaro’s signature garlic bread is served with every dish and is always excellent. The meals and service overall are definitely top-shelf.
