Just watching these guys make their sandwiches with such hand-made loving care is a pleasure. The prep station is chockfull of the freshest ingredients and a counter person constructs each menu item to order. Sometimes just a description can drive hunger: uncured prosciutto, Capicola ham, uncured Genoa salami, pepperoni, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, lettuce, tomato, onion, house-made pickled Italian pepper, provolone, on a baguette. What’s not to love? The crunch of the vegetables in every bite, and the oil & vinegar dressing makes this Italian a role model for all Italians to come.
